What is included in the design consultation?

The consultation includes a design questionnaire to capture your vision, project planning, and a customized design proposal. You'll also receive up to 3 revisions to ensure the design meets your expectations. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included 3, extra fees may apply.

What should I prepare before the design consultation?

We recommend having any inspiration, design ideas, or specific requirements ready to share with your designer.

What if I want to order multiple jackets with the same design? Do I have to pay a consultation fee for each?

No, you do not need to pay a consultation fee for each item. Regardless of how many jackets you’re ordering, as long as the design is the same, you only pay the consultation fee once.

What happens after I purchase a design consultation?

After purchase, your order confirmation email will include a questionnaire to gather details about your vision. Once you submit the form, our design team will begin working on your project. They will either reach out with any clarifying questions or, if everything is clear, contact you once your first design mock-up is ready.

Can I make changes to my design after the consultation?

We'll work with you to ensure the design meets your expectations. You can provide feedback during the process and receive up to 3 revisions. After 3 rounds of revisions, if more are needed, additional fees may apply.

What if I have additional questions during the process?

Our team is always available via email (designconsults@brodenim.com) to assist with any questions or concerns throughout the design process. The more involved you are, the better the design will reflect your vision, so we encourage open communication and feedback to ensure the best possible outcome.

What if I forget to fill out the questionnaire in my order confirmation email?

Once we receive your completed Order Confirmation Form, which provides the essential details to start working on your project, we can begin the design process. If we haven't received your answers within a week, we'll send you a reminder to complete the form so we can move forward.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

The consultation fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise our designers dedicate to your project during the initial stages. However, if you're unhappy with what you've received, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to make things right
