CUSTOMIZER & DESIGN

We are not allowed to print any trademarked or copyrighted images (unless granted written permission from the owner or company).

Unfortunately, we are only able to design items with the name/number for professional sports players if you are related and/or married to that specific player. We are happy to produce designs with general city nameplates instead, though!

Yes, we can. However, we require a hi-res image (please purchase a design consultation for any special requests). Please make a note of any custom designed patches you want when submitting your information at checkout.

We have tons of predesigned products to choose from. Please be sure to fill out the required information before submitting your order. You will receive a proof of what your customized design will look like via email within 48 hours.

You can also buy a customization consultation for $40. This cost will be applied towards the product that you purchase. However, if you decide not to order with BROdenim after you've received a proof, the $40 is non-refundable. We will NOT make a proof for you unless we have the deposit.

We try to put the patches as close as possible to where you chose, however, these are custom made products, so patch placement may not be exact.

All BROdenim products are handmade. Because of this, sometimes we make alterations to best fit the design. Please note that not all proofs are drawn to scale. If there is a specific color that you want, please make sure that it is made apparent to us ahead of production time.  

ORDERS & Shipping

BROdenim custom products take about 14 business days to make after payment is received. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, please note that this time table may change due to order volume at the time. If there is a specific date that you need the product by, please contact hello@brodenim.com (but keep in mind there may be a rush fee applied for last minute orders).

In order to accommodate you as quickly as possible, please contact us at hello@brodenim.com.

We will only address any issues that are brought to our attention within 7 days of your FedEx delivery date. 

We will do our best to make the requested change; however, please note there may a charge associated with this change. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change after payment has been received.

No, shipping is not included in any orders and will be a separate line item charge for $15. Please note that if your shipping cost was more than what you paid, your card on file will be charged the difference.  

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Yes, we do ship internationally, but please note shipping costs will be higher. We are not responsible for any additional costs associated with international shipping.

BROdenim is not responsible for any issues caused by FedEx or any lost/stolen packages at the delivery location. Packages that are marked as delivered, but have not been received are the responsibility of you and your local FedEx Office.  

Because our clothing is handmade, we recommend dry-cleaning your BROdenim creation. If you prefer to wash at home, place the item inside-out and run on a low/gentle cycle. Leave the garment out to air dry (never place it in the dryer!).

RETURN POLICY

Due to the fact that all products are custom made, all sales are final.

No, we do not allow customers to send their product back to make any alterations (addition or subtraction of customization).
